Copies of divorce records can be obtained from the Court Open Records Officer. Marriage records can be requested from the Bucks County Register of Wills. Birth and death records are also available from the Division of Vital Records.

You can submit an open records request for other county records. An open records request is simply an official request to view particular public government or agency documents. There is a portal through the county website to search most records online. If you cannot locate a record, you can request records through the Open Records Officer. Deeds, which are legal documents regarding the ownership of property or legal rights, can be obtained from the County Recorder of Deeds. Deeds can also be searched through the County Recorder’s website.
